WHAT IS IT?

Very simple text detection using opencv and python using opencv built in functions.

HOW TO USE?

To run the inference script run the python run.py input.png. A output image highlighting all the text will be generated in the same directory.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Only OpenCV and numpy modules should be installed in the system. No specific GPU or CPU requirements are there. These are already mentioned in cpu_requirements.txt and gpu_requirements.txt. To get all the requirements and dependencies installed run -

For GPU - pip install -r gpu_requirements.txt For CPU - pip install -r cpu_requirements.txt
